Who We Are
We are Jonny and Lilo, a creative couple living in Lisbon, Portugal, with our rescue cats. Jonny is a lofi artist, and Lilo is a photographer and filmmaker. Together, we founded Cat Café Records, Portugal’s first cozy, human-made lofi music label.
What We Do
We support independent artists and release warm, human-made lofi music for listeners around the world. We work closely with artists, keeping the process simple, hands-on, and honest. We listen to every submission and we focus on building real connections with the musicians we release.
Based by the sea, our label nurtures a slower, more thoughtful way of sharing music. Our releases are meant to feel like a cat curling up beside you, very comforting and warm.

Each release is carefully curated and shaped with care. We focus on real, relatable music made with heart and hands (and paws), never generated by AI. Our label exists to support small, intentional releases that feel warm and grounded.

We are looking for instrumental lofi, chill hop, and jazz hop. Music that feels warm and cozy, fits naturally within our playlists, and at the same time brings something unique and personal.

Yes. All music released on Cat Café Records is created by humans. We do not release AI-generated music.
